How long it took me to lose weight: 3 months

Turning : As far as I can remember, I have always been an obese girl. But nothing affected me much until I got older and people around me started to laugh at my weight. Body shame was the biggest consequence of my excess weight.

I started to go to the gym to regain my lost self-confidence, to face people without any hesitation and to have confidence in myself.

My breakfast:
Chicken / oats / fruits / vegetables

My lunch:
Chicken fish / greens

My dinner:
Chicken fish / greens

I devote myself to:
Dried fruits / hand full of cornflakes / dosa / sandwich

My training
: 1h of active bodybuilding

How to stay motivated? My trainer, Saveen, and the little changes I experienced after going through three to five weeks of diet and workout routines. Plus, the compliments you get from people definitely keep you motivated.

How do you make sure you don’t lose your focus?

I never missed my one workout despite my busy work schedule which kept me on track and not losing my focus! Taking your diet seriously and loving your diet and training will get you towards your goals.

What’s the hardest part about being overweight?

What shape do you see yourself in 10 years?

It’s not about the next 5 or 10 years, fitness has become my way of life and I’m sure it will be the same forever! Fitness for Life is what I can say.

What lifestyle changes have you made?

Primarily, my diet and my sleep at the right time for the right number of hours are the two most important lifestyle changes I’ve made.

What was the lowest point for you?

There were a few days where I wanted to eat a lot but didn’t. I cried many times when I went through it all!
